My wellness journey began with meditation practice in a Buddhist monastery in India. I practiced for hours every day and felt a positive shift in my mental and emotional awareness. Yoga is a complete integration of physical and mental meditative movement. I believe a healthier mind and body can be achieved with this foundational habit. This practice is flexible for anybody, any age.

My passion for nature and outdoors began as a child. I grew up on a ranch in Southern California and could be found playing with my animal friends and exploring the desert landscape. As an adult, I find joy in learning medicinal benefits of plants, discovering beautiful rocks, hiking and biking on majestic mountains around the world and embracing the connection of energy with nature. I fell in love when I was introduced to doTERRA essential oils! I now have the pure aroma and benefits of plants at my fingertips to support my wellness and share with others.
