Group classes are available to all who are local. Online is great if you want to take a look at what this yoga stuff is all about with the option of not being seen or heard. If you prefer more assistance, contact me about private lessons for an individualized class designed special for you to excel in your wellness goals.

I’m Tara and I love exploring, trying new things and sharing my passion for mindful yoga and natural wellness practices. I teach vinyasa flow that is accessible to all ages and levels of yoga. My style fluctuates from gentle, to faster - one breath per movement flows - depending on the class. Message if you have any questions. I look forward to practicing together!

It is so important to stretch and strengthen our bodies daily for optimal health. The older we get, the more stiff our bodies are. Inflammation, arthritis, sciatica, bad hips…all pain in our bodies can be supported by yoga. Injuries may be avoided by increasing balance and flexibility. Bend so you don’t break!
